Saturday Jan. 31 is Howell Valley night at the Grizzly basketball game. All Howell Valley students are admitted to the game free. Any Howell Valley Pee Wee basketball player that can come will be able to play on the court during half-time of the game. Please bring your uniform and basketball shoes. This is for girls and boys Pee Wee basketball players. Look for Coach Dixon near the end of the Grizzly bench 10 minutes prior to half-time.

Congratulations to our boys A-Team basketball team on placing 1st in both the regular season and tournament. We also had 7 athletes named HCAA All-Conference. These include, Anna Temple and Emme Kastner for the girls and Max Mansfield, Cooper Nickey, Kaleb Scharnhorst, Jackson Mansfield and Camdyn Dancer.
We wanted to share a few more photos from Grinch Day- especially our middle school students who enjoyed the fun. This day was held in honor of our beloved bus driver, Fred, who loved the Grinch and whose kindness and lightheartedness, will always be remembered.
Christmas sweater day brought the festive fun-thanks to our students for showing up in style!
We had a surprise visitor at school today — the Grinch stopped by to spread a little holiday mischief and deliver treats to our elementary students! Many were thrilled to see him, while a few decided it was best to admire the Grinch from a safe distance. 🎄💚

We started our morning with the Rural School Concert, where our 3rd–8th grade choir members performed individually alongside the other rural schools and the high school. They did a fantastic job! 🎶
Next, we enjoyed our Thanksgiving Luncheon. A heartfelt thank you to all of our parents and community members who joined us today. Your presence made the day even more special. ❤️
Our first graders also put on an adorable Thanksgiving play that brought lots of smiles!
We are sharing photos of the families and community members who helped make today so memorable as well as choir and 1st grade play photos. A huge shoutout to our amazing cafeteria staff for working so hard to prepare this delicious meal—especially while navigating a boil order. We appreciate you! 🙌
